Adult Filarial worm of Breast Masquerading Fibro Adenoma: A Case Report

Lymphatic filariasis involving the female breast is unusual although not rare in endemic areas. In this case we report an unusual presentation of filariasis in 30 year old female patient who presented with a painless mobile breast lump clinically mimicking fibroadenoma. FNAC performed show multiple scattered microfilarias over a hemorrhagic background.
